As part of the Master's course “FE-Applications in Practical Engineering”, a guest lecture will take place on Wednesday, July 8, 2026, at 4:00 PM in Building 10.50, Room 102. We are pleased to welcome Prof. Dr.-Ing. Roman Kemmler from iSEA Tec GmbH, Konstanz, who will present a lecture entitled: “Lightweight Structures: From FEM Modeling to Reliable Structural Design”. In his presentation, Prof. Kemmler will discuss the modeling and structural design of pedestrian bridges, illustrated through the case study of the Iller Bridge in Buxheim. We look forward to your participation.
